whats up people i joined for advice on losing weight, its my first diet so its first time. Im enlisting in the air force pretty soon when i get the right weight. i weigh 188 and i need to weigh 175.....i am going on a 2 week shcedule of jogging about 2 and a half miles a day, 20 push ups and 20 sit ups at night.....i eat very much less and very much healthy then what i use to.....so 2 weeks from 4 - 9 - 2007 im gonna see how much weight i lost
