Hey everyone. Just wanted to throw myself out there and join a forum for support. I honestly have no idea how much I weight as the scales around here don't go that high...if I had to guess, I would say around 375ish. I have had weight issues my entire life, only having about a 2 year span where I was in shape...but I broke my back and gave up on myself. Trying to get back in the game and get down to the low-mid 200's.
