New Guy looking for some advise, or direction

Alright here goes with the basics:

My name is Cody, and I'm 17 years old, going to be 18 soon. I'm about 6 feet 1 inches tall, and I weigh about 155 pounds.

My problem:

Although I may be skinny or lean, I am lacking the definition, and even bulk that I desire. I do go to the gym (about 3-5 days a week, generally doing 15 minutes of cardio and about 20-30 minutes of pushups, situps etc.), however, I run everyday. I think one of my problems is the fact I haven't really done any hard-lifting in a while?

I eat some-what healthy, although I do not count calories or eat by weight or goals or anything of that sort. Also, I seem to stick with 3 larger meals, and not smaller ones like which has been suggested here (I will be changing this soon haha. What would you suggest for smaller meals?)

My hopeful solution/goal:

I am looking to increase the effectiveness of my gym-going and my nutrition. Overall I am looking to bulk up, and get the definition (specifically in the abdominal area). I feel as though I am doing many little things right, but not enough in any certain area.

I am currently reading all of the links I can find, however, I figure some personal advice and or direction would be great too, thanks!

Yeah, if you want to increase definition, you're going to have to up your weight training. Try adding some weights to your bodyweight training.
