Hey guys, I came on forums a few days ago to just ask a question, but after reading it a bit I think I might try to become a regular so I'm introducing myself.

I'm 16 now started dieting just out of the blue one day last year when I was weighing in at 307 my freshman year (Yikes). I'm currently weighing in at around 210-215, and play on my highschool football team now.

I'm decently happy with my weight even though I'd really like to get myself down to 200 lbs.

The only thing I really worry about currently is that my stomach kind of sags and I'm not sure if its really just a little more fat I need to lose or skin, because when I bend over my stomach comes down like an extra 1/2 foot in what SEEMS to be skin, but I really don't know.

I'm thinking of seeing my family doctor or someone just to get a check-up etc maybe get my body composition tested or blood tests anyone have any suggestions?

P.S. Sorry about saying hi and asking a question kinda in the same post o_O; oh and I'm thinking of posting a pic when I get my camera back to show just what I'm talking about with my stomach.
 
G'day, welcome to the forum, getting an appointment with your doctor for a full checkup would be a good idea.
