Exercise strategy is to walk 30 minutes a day 3-4 days a week. I would normally try to do sit-ups, jumping jacks and push-ups as exercise, however, the pain is intense. I would also consider strength training but lack equipment or access to a gym. Truth be told, I need to get in shape just to get in shape

In short, I'm looking for low impact exercises that I can adjust with time.
Diet strategy is more complex. I drink soda by the gallons each day. I rarely if ever drink water without eating something with it. I don't drink alcohol at all so its a non issue. I gain most of my weight during the holidays when I get gifts of bad food, high amounts of stress and little sleep.
