so this is my first time going to a forum for help but i was hoping i could get some people to chime in. I just turned 20 this month (on the first) and i weigh a massive 240lbs. I'm 6foot 1in. Problem is I'm in the military (army). And i absolutely NEED to lose weight. My goal is to be what i weighed a little over a year ago (190lbs). I was happy as hell about my body back then. I had the body i have always wanted. A flat stomach and i was getting some nice pecks as well. (i had that stomach that almost had the whole "V" thing) But I have gotten married in the past year and a half and have been through enough stress and everything else that i just lost control. I ate pizza and everything like it was nothing. Drank soda, coffee, energy drinks like it was water. And just lost self confidence and control. I need to get my life back. My goal is to lose in the end a total of 60lbs. But in the next 2-3 months id like to lose at least 40lbs. I plan to do at least a hour of elliptical (on interval training) per day and i need to get down a good eating plan. I can always come up with the right things to eat but ill always either over eat or add in things i shouldn't. I just need motivation, I want my old body back and I'm tired of being FAT. I have had a problem passing my PT test the last year because i have put on all this weight i cant pass my 2 mile run any more. and just recently i was put on a no run profile and i have to do a 2.75mile walk And i did in fact pass my PT test. I was EXTREMELY happy. (due to the fact i have already hit automatic E-4 but cant get promoted due to PT failure) But i had to go get taped. I have never had a problem with passing tape i was always at 19% right on the edge (20% max) but i was at 23% when they taped me. So not only have i gained weight i have gained inches. I need to lose 3in to pass. I know i can pass my next tape by sitting in the sauna and no eating or drinking heavily the day of and before my next tape but i want something PERMANENT. I have tried nutrisystems and gave up quickly because it didn't work. I have done p90X a few times but i cant ever do it Cause i live with room-ates. So i don't wanna be jumping around in the living room with my shirt off all fat and sweaty. There has been ONE cleanser i have used that i lost 10lbs in 4 days from though. and that's the GNC 7 day fast weight loss. Stuff REALLY works if u eat good and work out. But other then that. I just need suggestions please :/ I almost in a way feel helpless. Nothing i do seems to work. I think i may be over eating by alot. Even when i try to eat right. also if any one can point me in the direction of some effective HCG drops that would be amazing
