Hey guys, and gals, lest I forget, I'm a 23 year old from the incredibly cold city of Calgary, Alberta. Currently a working schmoe in retail sales looking to get back in to the shape I was in during University. bout 162 lbs, no clue on bf % yet but hoping to know soon.

Currently targeting 175 lbs with fat lose and straight lean muscle gain.

Hope I meet some great people on here, seems to be quite a few.

Thanks for the welcome, will be hopefully putting together a website with my progress as well, to get some suggestions and such.
