hi everyone, My names Nima and im 22. in April of this year i weighed 24 st 11. I dunno who or what gave me a kick up the rear end as many have tried but i couldnt carry on living the way i was, My dad had a mild stroke at the start of the year and seeing him struggle the way he was made me realise that it could be me like that if i dont sort myself out.
so i went to weight watchers and joined a gym
im big framed anyway so my target is to get to 16st. so far since april i have lost 5st which im so so proud about.
my aim in life now is to become a personal trainer, for me personally if any of the PTs i had had said to me they were once 25st and now they are fit and training others to do the same that would have motivated me big time.
Also im doing this 3 day 40 mile trek in Croatia next september for the British heart foundation so i need to be fit (all sponsors welcome,had to get that in lol)
anyway to the pics, sorry the first one isnt a good one but u can see how heavy i was(thats at xmas,i dont always wear funny hats lol)
and this is me 5 months later and 5st lighter. still have about another 3-4st to go which i hope to achieve by April. or if i feel i should lose more then i will do(and yes i am single ladies) lol
