Hey I'm completely new to this site!
I have had problems my entire life with weight loss and weight gain. This time i want it to be different and finally lose the weight I need to. My friends around me make it particularly difficult. I want to do it in a healthy manner. The hard part is I am currently at college, and lets just say college food leaves much to be desired especially on the healthy aspec. I have begun to lack motivation because it seems like no matter what I do if my body doesnt want to lose the weight it wont. So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I also really want someone that needs to lose about the same amount as me 40 or so pounds who could maybe work online with each other to motivate and keep each other going. . You can start a weight loss journal in the diaries section and update it and check in on other people's diaries for motivation and advice.
