New girl here!

I'm a 19 year old girl looking to lose about 10 pounds. I'm 5"7' and 150 pounds with a medium frame. I want to lose some belly fat and tone my arms. and my thighs, to see if I can get a bit thinner. :)
 
I'm watching my portion sizes, exercising more and eating healthier whenever possible. I'm also trying not to binge anymore.
 
I have a huge problem with emotional eating as I'm bipolar and my dad is an alcoholic so it's hard to find other things to fill that emotional void!!
