D2. Dumbell Sidebends

A. Bench Press (CG)
B1. Pull Ups
B2. Stiff Legged Deadlift
C1. Push Press
C2. Tricep Extensions
D1. Stabilization
D2. Dumbell Sidebends
Training Session #3
A. Deadlift
B1. Horizontal Push
B2. Step Ups
C1. Chest Supported Rows
C2. Bicep Curl
D1. Sit Ups
D2. Dumbell Sidebends
any help/advice would be greatly appreceated and yes i know ive got dumbell sidebends in each session but i dont know any other excercises for lateral flexion
