New Full body

I've decided to get back to the good ol full body workouts. This time, i'm doing all compound movements and i'm lifting heavy. I'm doing the 5x5 on all exercises. And the exercises are in order. Let me know what you think!

Monday:
Squat
Stiff legged deadlifts
Bench Press
Pullups
Military Press
Twisting Crunches with a 12 pound ball

Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Heavy bag session
Thursday: Rest
Friday: start over

I did the workout on monday and it's now wednesday and i'm still pretty sore. I really feel like this workout works for me because i'm lifting heavy enough to where the last set is really hard, and sometimes i'm only able to complete 4 reps in that last set. Comments welcome

What is the heavy bag session?

you have no horizontal pull, incorporate some kind of row in there, and god bless you if you can do all of that in one workout.

The heavy bag session is me spending 20 minutes to half an hour hitting the heavy punching bag. Also good idea i think i'll switch off each workout between pull ups and bent over rows. And yeah i can do that all in one workout ;-) and it feels awesome.
