Hey whats up everyone, i just came across this site from doing a search from google, but anyhow ill tell somethings about myself.
I'm 24 from Oxford Ohio, about a hour north of cincy, but been lifting for about a year and a half, and now I'm i need to work on losing some weight, mainly around my stomach and sides.
When i was about 18 years old i weighed about 145, after about about 5 years i weighed around 215, so i started lifting, i played alot of sports when i was younger and figured it would be easy to loose some weight, well, I'm down to 206 right now, but i have lost a good amount of fat and gained alot of muscle.
So pretty much I'm here to learn about tips and different ways to loose fat, i already know some stuff, just haven't really tried, so I'm gonna try to put a plan together and make it happen, so anything will help.
Also i haven't even looked around yet on the site, so I'm sure ill find somethings, but i wanted to introduce myself first.
