Hey everyone! Im in major need of help thats why I'm here. I went from 276lbs to 198lbs (that took 1 year from May 2005 to May 2006 - while I was away from home in University). Now this school year I'm living back at home (commuting) and since the summer I have been packing on the lbs again :mad: . At first I was trying a small bulk (to gain muscle) to 215 - 220lbs. That worked great until about the end of July. I had gained NICE muscle. But since the end of July there is something wrong with me. I do not have any motivation to eat right and exercise regularly. I want to go down to about 180lbs by June 1st, 2007 (thats a goal I would like I reach) But I have gained instead of lost weight (currently at 228 lbs and its not all muscle gain anymore.... :( )
