New from Brooklyn!

I already posted without introducing myself but I don't think it's a big deal since I am still relatively new.

if you want to assist me you are welcome to give me your thoughts and comments, I want to do things the right way but quickly (think fast track methods) I don't have much fat only in my mid section but i don't think it's much of a problem.
