New dude..... again.

I was here back in 2008 with a starting weight of 212. I got down to 195, then fell off the horse & am back here.

Whaddaya know, I'm at the same starting point now as I was back then. Damn. :smash:

So, what's different this time?

Well... a couple things.
1. I have discovered Crossfit. THis is the first Time I have found something that contradicts my name (I Hate Cardio)... I really like this stuff!
2. THe Crossfit studio is right by my house. There are NO excuses to not train.
3. My wife is doing this with me

So, much like last time my goals are:
1. Goal 1 - hit 199
2. Goal 2 - hit 185
3. 34" waist
 
Welcome back to the forum.

Its great that you have found some exercise that you really like.
I must admit that I have never heard of crossfit - what do you like about it?
There are lots of forms of exercise that I know nothing about...Tell me about it...
I wonder whether that are other people that do crossfit here...

You are not really a newcomer - but you will need to rebuild a support network as you will probably find that many of your old friends have disappeared...

I tend to suggest that new people check out this thread to help them settle in and make friends.
