Hi guys! My name's Sarah and I'm 26 from Cincinnati. I am super serious about getting in shape. So much so that I am seriously considering a Master's in fitness & nutrition. But, of course, in order to help others, I gotta help myself first. Sooo...I joined a gym last night totally on a whim. I was going to start Insanity this coming Monday (any thoughts on it would be appreciated!) but figured belonging to a gym would give me a way to network with others and push me one step further when I'm not feeling motivated. (It's a great way to meet people!) I used to lift every day in college when I was a cheerleader and really enjoy working out. So, for me, this isn't all about the results! ;-) I'm really looking forward to the sense of community here and having a place to come to for advice/guidance.
