Read this quick little kindle book on the way to work the other day. Was just snooping around looking for something different as I struggle with my weight loss. but, "How to Lose Weight When You Want To" i downloaded and it was actually pretty good. One odd suggestion that I actually may take up is he said don't drink ANY sweet drinks, not tea, juice, soda (of course) and even vitamin water and "unsweetened" fizz water. He says because glucose turns into fat when so much gets into the blood stream. Is that true? Let me know what you think guys and gals.

I'm a newbie so bare with me :)
 
Some people are apt to forget that their drinks contain calories (they just log their food) and you can have a lot of calories in drink if you are not mindful about it. Some energy drinks are high in calories - but can confuse people because they are marketed as "sporty".
