New at this Lost 11 lbs

Hi I started working out last week and I cut out ALL junk food and soda. I only drink water. I'm down to 334lbs I started at 345 1 week ago. I'm 5'10 and have a 46 inch waist. I wanted to know if anyone had any tips for someone my size as far as getting rid of the fat.

-continue cutting down sugars such as pop and juice; avoid snacks or general eating id say 2-3 hours before sleep

-cardio in the morning, resistance training whenever

-avoid major calorie cut down, because it will slow down your metabolism which in final slows down fat loss

-consume protein, protein promotes fat loss; helps retain muscle

-IMO i think its ok to have a cheat meal once a week because you are still fairly new, if takeout once a week is far less then your old usual, id say still have that takeout once a week to prevent major breakouts, and slowly ease yourself from it
