I'm pretty new to the whole scene and i want to loose some fat. I was wandering if you guys had any dieting tips. which meats have high protein/ low fat ( not only chicken
) and is it true that yogurt helps reduce fat ( i find it hard to believe...)
Now i was also wandering what would happen if I keep having the same amount of calories , but eat food with less fat?
any general tips that can help me compose a diet are welcome.
