I'm not at all new to dieting but I've been trying to figure out how to *successfully* use a FitBit for weight loss.
Any users here that have been doing that successfully? If so, I have a question for you: do you stick to a set # of calories every day or are you influenced by how many calories your FitBit *says* you have burned?
