Hello, I am so excited to find this forum.
I am coming out of a battle with lowcarb dieting
and have finally realized that exercise is the key to a healthy weight loss
.I am happy to say I went from sitting on my tusch to working out 5 days a week. I am hoping this is the right step at the gym. 10 min on TM, 150 mini cruches and 50 side crunches on the ab machine,1 circuit training, ditto on crunches, and then 25 min on elpitical and then 5 min bike cool down. I looked at another ladies workout and stole it. Is this good or bad! Feels good but give me some ideas!!!
