Just a short intro about myself, I'm 42 and 100% determined to get in shape, down 16 lbs since early January and have 105 more to lose. I just picked up a copy of Lean for Life and I'm thinking of giving it a try (any LFL followers here?). The 16 I lost was done with calorie control and treadmill walking. My exercise is gradual due to hip and back problems, but I'm holding steady with walking 45 - 60 min M-F and on the weekend I cut back to 30 minutes with a few high speed (to my ability) bursts.
