New and using hoodithin

Hey guys Im a newb and Im looking to loose about 65 lbs and i just ordered a bottle of Hoodithin and i was woundering if anyone had any thoughts or sugestions about hoodithin or hoodia in general. along with hoodia i plan to walk on the tredmill for a half hour and use the stationary bike for a half hour along with some light weightlifting. any suggestion would be appriciated

hoodia is effective but it will only suppress your appetite, so it will lower your intake. while you are not feeling hungry, yeah hit the treadmill and you will lose weight quickly with help from the hoodia. good luck !

To be honest there are FAR better appetite suppressants that don't come in pill form. Meals & snacks with good amounts of fiber and protein will keep you feeling fuller for longer.

Drinking an adequate amount of water, 8-10 cups(8oz)+ a day, is also extremely beneficial in weight loss. Drinking water suppresses appetite, helps muscle endurance, and aids in food digestion. Water helps the metabolism of fat by the liver because when there is not enough water in your system your kidneys can't flush toxins efficiently and your liver then becomes busy picking up the slack for the kidneys.

Any weight loss plan is 75% diet. If you're reducing your caloric intake, you have to take a good look at the nutritional value of the food you eat to maximize the impact of the fuel you give your body. If you post a list of the food and drinks you ingest a day, then we can really see what areas you can improve in.

Personally I only use protein whey (I dont care for meat that much and all other forms of protein are carb heavy) and a daily vitamin; OneADay WeightSmart. I have found that the best ways to supress a growling tummy is the following:
-Eat several small meals
-Wait 20 mins before going for seconds or dessert
-Drink lots of aqua :p
-Brush your teeth
