New and overwhelmed by all the type of diets and exercises.

Hi everyone! I really really want to lose my lower belly fat! It's really annoying! My BMI is 20.7 (I believe), I'm 5'3", 19 years old, and 117 pounds. How do I lose the lower belly fat; the belly fat is sort of small but I really want a flat belly. I'm probably going to go vegan for 1 week to try it out. I do cardio twice a week and have started lifting (small!) weights. I used to be 119 pounds but I managed to lose 2 pounds! I try to avoid rice, bread, sweets, ect, and that is not hard for me (except today I ate some goldfish). If I'm craving sweets, I eat fruit. Maybe twice a week I eat a tiny 30 cal cookie. I'm trying to eat 1000-1100 calories a day. I just started like a month ago.

I would really appreciate if someone could tell me or link me to a site that has free weight loss meal plans and exercises. Keep in mind that I'm a busy college student. Tips are appreciated!

Also, is there like an app or place where you can take naked pictures of yourself, but for progress? Like I don't want to take naked pics of myself and keep them on my phone, I feel like that's too risky. I want to do this so I can keep track of my weight loss and body! Thanks!
 
Taking naked pictures of yourself on your phone or with an app are going to be equally risky. You have to roll the dice with something like that. I'd suggest getting a disposable camera if you really want to do that. You can get all those tips right on this site. Telling us what you would like would probably help narrow it down. But lifting weights and cardio is great to do. And your calorie plan seems fine. Meal plans, you can technically eat anything, so as long as it's in moderation.
