Hello everyone im new and just wanted to have some more outsiders support on my journey . I am 24 5'2" i weigh in at 226 lbs :( and need to lose weight fast. Today is my first day on the fat loss 4 idiots program.

We have a lot in common. I am 24, 5'3" and started off at 225lbs. I'm almost in the 160s now! You can do it! ^_^
