New and needing support in weight loss efforts

Hello All


I'm here to meet some people that are looking to meet similar goals in terms of losing weight, eating healthier and exercising. If anyone has a plan or set schedule that has been useful and works please let me know. I'm thinking to start finding a walk buddy to be accountable online to. It doesn't mean we have to walk together in person just keep updated online and support each other.

Anyone interested or any suggestions? I have tried to lose some many times and I am missing something.

A Big Hello to you and best of luck for your latest effort. In my opinion it is best that you work out a schedule yourself as that way you become more knowledgeable about it, rather than just following someone.


Why dont you tell us what you plan to do and then comments will start flowing in and you can pick up clues to things that work for you.

I'm in the same boat! I have no one to work out with but I look forward to logging on here to update my progress even if there isn't any. I hope to get 100% motivated.

Have you taken a look at the Weight Loss Diary or the Club Challenges sections yet? Posting in other member's threads and encouraging other members will likely have a reciprocal effect in that they will follow your thread and give you encouragement as well. It's also more likely that you find those members who are regularly updating their threads with their diets, exercise habits, etc. Best places to find those in a similar boat!
