New and need help!

Hi everyone, im new to this site and let me just say, I think it's great for people to come together like this, and help each other out with their problems or just to get to know one another!

Anyway I do need a bit of help. First of all I'm about 5' 8", 15 years old, and around 157 lbs and I have a problem--> man boobs (lol). Well first off I'd like to say that I don't have a MAJOR problem, but I'd like to lose weight and have a more toned body (plus get rid of the dreaded man-boobs)! I always see posts with (guys/men) complaining about their "man-boobs" or "moobs" and there are so many different answers that confuse the hell outta me.
Example answers: "You should do cardio and diet" "You should lift weights" "You shouldn't lift weights until you lose fat" "Wear a bra"
Those are all so confusing and well, lead me to procrastinate starting a weight loss plan as a result. If you think I should posts pics for like before/after body, ill do it. I just want some help!
Note: I like fruits and vegetables, although I dont eat them a lot, also, If biking can help me dramatically with weight loss, make a plan for me PLEASE!

Biking is a form of exercise and exercise is a MAJOR part of losing weight. If you don't get your off your bum and get moving, you'll rely on lowering your calories and your metabolism will slow down, meaning some losses at first, then it'll stop, meaning you'll lower them even more.. which is dangerous to your body. And mind!

I suggest doing fun exercises. Bike riding, swimming, tennis, football, anything. Running outside is nice too when you've got music to listen to.

Try to help you with how many calories to eat per day. Don't go below 1800 calories!

It would be better for you if you did a lot of exercise so you don't have to eat so low calories.

Take a look around this forum (the sticky's mainly, at the top of each section) for a lot of information. It really helped me!

OMG thank you so much! :) :) :) well I think Ill stick to biking and running.
The sad thing is I used to be very active, and pretty fast, and then like most overweight guys, video games and junk food took their toll. Just your reply alone got me motivated. thank you very much. Imma go get one of those weight ticker things real quick.
