Ok so this I guess is my introduction,my name is Diego I'm 21 yrs old 6'1 ish and I'm at 175 right now but not exactly in shape.
I play soccer about twice a week. I smoke pot occasionally and now I've decided I want to get bigger (muscle wise of course). I've been browsing and I read a couple of the nutrition articles and found some interesting info on there.
I honestly don't know much at all about weight training so that's why I've come here, tomorrow I will be getting a gym membship and I'm honestly a little lost on what to even do when I get there, I know they've got trainers and stuff but I still don't want to look like a total noob. So I want to know if you guys have any tips,comments or really anything that will help me get started on the right track.
As for what my goals are...like I said before I'm not in great shape, but I'm also not extremely out of shape. I'm tired of having skinny arms and man boobs so I'd like to get help in that area mainly, while also toning? The rest of my body.
