Hi Everyone~
I'm 36 years old and in desparate need of a change. I recently saw my doctor and he dropped the bomb that "your weight is imparing your health". I was devastated. I've been struggling with weight-loss for 10 years now, and been through Weight Watchers 3 times, along with other Weight-loss gimmicks and diets. As a former athlete, I felt I knew what to do, how to eat, and how to excercise. But then life took over. The excuses began. The negotiating with myself that I can have that treat now, and I'll excercise tomorrow (which by the way, NEVER happened). I gotta tell you, I must have been one hell of a salesperson because I bought that line of crap every time. This time I feel like its going to be different. I'm eating really well, but I lack the motivation to excercise. What's the deal? I'M GREAT AT GIVING MOTIVATION TO OTHERS BY THE WAY, (just not myself). So here I am, looking to surround myself with others with one common goal. I'm looking forward to being here.
