New and looking for advice

I just started working out. Basically I want to lose fat and build some muscle and get myself back in shape.

First of I weigh 205lbs, 5'7", and 29 yrs old.

I first start off with session of roller blading and soon to replace that with running for 20 mins. I then do some ab excercises for 15-20 minutes. After that I hit the weights for another 30 or more minutes...depending on my mood. I have a protein drink either before or after my workout. I still working on a schedule of alternating muscle groups.

I have changed my diet. I eat fruits in the morning and usually a salad or something for lunch. Then at night I eat chicken with some kind of vegatables. Anything else i could eat from would be an ice suggestion.

Basically I'm looking for any advice to help me with my workout. I'm new to this. I work out eveyr other day. So any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
