Hello everybody,
Ive been browsing for a while and decided to finally post. I am a 25 yo female from the pittsburgh area. I have been overweight since i was about 5 years old and am dieing to find out what being healthy is like. I have 2 kids a 2 1/2 year ld boy and a 7 month old girl. I want to be able to play with them without being tired and mst of all i want to be in their lives when they have their own families. S i figure if i dont lose weight now it will olny be more difficult with time. I have tried before but for all the wrong reasons. This time i am comitted. I joined a gym and am loving it. I started on june 4 at 244.8 pounds and weighed in this morning at 230.2. I have been exercising now fr about 2 1/2 weeks and am happy with the results. My goal weight for now is 180. I hope to reach it for my birthday on dec 30.
