Hello all, my name's Randy. I did a search on google for the best weight loss forum and this one had the most traffic so here I am.
I lost 44 pounds two years ago, then slowly gained all of it back by poor dieting and zero exercise. I now have lost 20 scale pounds but have been lifting weights so there's some muscle weight that I can't calculate on the scale. I hope to help but mainly to learn and find little tricks on dropping another 20-25 pounds.

Good luck! I am thinking about the New Year and putting nutritious thoughts in my brain while reading the posts on this site. I look forward to your tips and ideas on weight loss.
