Hiya my names Kay, I'm 25 years old and 5"2.. I weigh roughly 8 and 1/2 stone I would like to get fit. I had keyhole surgery on both my knees 4years ago so I have weak legs. I'm not by any means overweight I'm just very unfit, poor stamina and I have a little bit of a flabby tummy... My goal is basically to tone up and rebuild the stamina and fitness that I'm missing whilst loosing as little weigh as possible.
Can any recommend the right type of exercise for me? baring in mind my knees as there is only so much I can do.
