new and gonna need encouragement

Hi, i'm rachel. i'm new to the site but not to dieting. i lost 2stone in 2004 (in around 5 months) but then got glandular fever (mono to the americans on here) and lost another stone. pu that back on and then couldn't lose.

have since got back to my starting weight of far too much and need to start losing it. unfortunately dont have scales.

living in poland until december but home is in the UK. With little else to do i;ve been eating far too muh chocolate and bread. lost weight when i first got here but as soon as i got comfortable i started eating too much.

so from today, i've put a list on my fridge of things i'm going to do. i've got a salsa-cise dvd here (i did rosemary conley for ages) and i'm determined to try and do at least 1 of the routines every day.

but it's going to need a lot of encouragement i know. but i'm determined.
 
Welcome to the forum! :D

You should start a diary in the diary section where you can update daily and keep track of your exercise and weight loss. It is a great place for us to get to know you and for us to provide support! :D

Hi rachel,I'm new here as well.I think that by you coming here is an achievement in a way.There are lots of good people here that can offer the best support and techniques on how to loose weight.I admire your positive attitude though.Keep it up and best of luck!!
 
Hey Rachel, welcome and good luck. If your determined enough to do it you will lose the weight. I don't doubt you are so keep up the good work!
