Hi.. I'm new here. Not my first time coming in to this forum but many threads in here make me want to participate and be part of this forum.

I'm excited and definately want to try (again!) to shed off some weights for health reason.

I'm new too, and the one thing I'll say, go post in a few threads, start meeting people, and create a thread, maybe a diary, about what your goals are and how you are accomplishing them.

It is far too easy to slip through the cracks on a forum like this, so you have to be proactive and an introduction thread is a good start. :D

Qjay is right! Being active on this board is the only way to get the full benefit of it.

Start a journal and let everyone know what your approach is, or if you don't have one, share about yourself and maybe others can help develop your approach.

Plus it's great for goal setting and accounting for your day.

Thanks for all the welcome. I hope I am discipline and stick to what I want to do.

At the moment, I am still trying to find a diet that works well for me. Tried the atkin's diet but craving for carbo always one of my problem. :confused:

I have the same problem with Atkins. . I love pastas and breads, and I really don't like meat at all.

I did Richard Simmons foodmover and had some success. It really gave me a good basis of portions and calories of different foods.

Now, I'm just trying to keep myself in a range of about 1400-1600 calories. Before I was really strict and I followed the Foodmover to a T. It drove me nuts because I just wanted to cheat so much and I never let myself.

This time, I am keeping in mind that I am human.
