So I'm new here so I wanted to say hello!
I've got a really long weight loss ahead of me and I'm gonna need all the support I can get. I've never been really skinny (lowest weight was 160lbs) , but then again I've never been this big either. My highest weight was (I'm almost reluctant to say it) 262lbs
I think that I can truly say that this is the first time I've been very serious about losing weight. Right now I'm down to 248lbs and I'm currently using Jenny Craig. I also do dvd work outs 7 days a week and I go to Curves 5 days a week. I feel like I have more energy , so now I'm just waiting for the results. I look forward to talking with all of you and learning new and fun ways that I can stay active
