New...again

Hi there. I haven't been on this forum in a while due to trying to limit my internet time and things.

I have been reading the Paul McKenna: I Can Make You Thin book and using his system. It has worked for me however as a past-bullimic my food issues tend to resurface once in a while (during stressful times etc.)

The past 3 weeks or so I have had a couple of binges and I hate it. I need to get back on track, I was doing so well.

I'm not too sure what I weigh but I almost fit into my ''goal jeans'' so would just like to HEALTHILY lose a couple pounds I guess.

Welcome back to the forum.

Of course I remember you. Thanks for dropping by my diary.

I have hardly been by my own journal much recently. I mainly hang out in the challenges section these days. I just was not getting round to visiting journals the way that I used to.

I hope that things are generally going well for you. Sorry to hear about the binges though. I try to focus on sending binges into pure healthy food - e.g. fruit. I had one last Friday - it was no fun. I felt traumatised and went straight for food. I was really upset by the whole thing even though the calorie increase was not high.
