New...Again

Hey all! I'm Charity - I started my weight loss journey in January and fell off the horse. I'm starting new - my first goal is 20 lbs. My overall goal is 90.

My current stats are:
21 y.o
5'5
246.6

I'd like to be healthier and more energetic - I've been overweight my entire life and now am ready, with the help of the guy I'm dating, to lose those first twenty. Starting is always the hardest.

I've AIM and Yahoo Messenger - my screen names are (AIM) Chare0, the 0's a zero! and YM: islandgirl7263. Any daily encouragement will be MUCH appreciated!

I'm planning on a protein shake and OJ for breakfast and sensible lunches and dinners. I'm switching from night shift to day shift, so my eating and sleeping habits should become better than what they are. I'm also planning on doing the Biggest Loser workout 3 times a week and walking 2 other times a week.

Can't wait to be 226.6! :)
 
welcome back charity :D i'm glad you got your determination and motivation back :D eating sensibly and exercising is the key. it is hard but also very rewarding in the long run.

I appreciate the kind words. I'm off to a good start - a protein shake and fruit for breakfast, 4 big glasses of water, a nice brisk walk in the 80* weather (whew, talk about sweating and target heart rate!), and now am getting ready for a good cleaning spree. :)
