Hi, now where do I start im currently (weighed myself this morning) 256 pounds, and id like to lose around 120-125 to take me nicely into my BMI, which I think is a load of hog wash anyway lol.

Let's see I've always been overweight and never really fitted in with any crowd, and depressingly my weight has stopped me from doing so many things that I want to do, which means from this morning im getting rid of it, I've had enough and I know this time its going to work, unlike all the other times I've set myself up for failure.

I really believe that this time, is my time to prove to myself I can achieve anything I want to.

To lose the 120/125 pounds im hopefully going to the gym 5 times a week, with a personal trainer session every two weeks to keep me up to date. My gym work consists of 30 minutes weights and 10 minutes cardio as that is all I can fit into my lunch hour, I am looking for means to do more at home as I have weights and stuff at home. Im also going to be doing hopefully one swimming session of an hour a week, and one at home yoga session for now. Also with this exercise hopefully each day I will either be going for an hours walk/biking :).

For my diet part I am calorie counting and have been given (by the website I am counting my calories on) 1766 calories a day to each. Which im amazed at gives you quite a lot of food :). Im also trying to work towards getting rid of sweets/chocolate/crisps and junk food as much as possible and eating 5 servings of fruit and veg a day and also drinking 2/3/4 litres of water a day :).

Im going to be updating this blog/food diary as much as possible and if I can every day, thank you for reading, wish me luck and watch out for the slimmer version of me soon.

P.s below are my starter photo’s below, im hoping to take new ones every 14 pounds/1 stone to see the changes, im also going to start measuring once I find a tape measure lol

Well day 1 what can i say, im feeling so motivated at the moment i know that i can do this, i just need to keep with this motivation that i have. I went to the Gym during my lunch, which is now my new fav thing to do. I feel so refreshed after going to the gym and happy!! which doesnt happen often lately. I also feel likely to eat crap!

Welcome to the forum Limegreen! Your starter photos look amazingly like mine when I started three years ago. I just joined this site yesterday and so far I've found so much good information and inspiration its been difficult to absorb it all. Good luck and I can't wait to see your next set of pics featuring a slimmer you!
 
Hi everyone, well today when really well and then kinda crap, as always in my office we seem to have birthdays almost every week, and i didnt go near the crap, not once. Well i kinda did, i picked up a gewwy choco treat, looked at it and thought its not worth it. It will be there when ive finished my journey and if i want it then, then i can have it.

I was really proud about that, but it was not to last, tonight ive eaten the most highly calorific cheezy pasta thing known to man, and i feel well bad for it. I dont even know why i ate it but as soon as i did i felt bad. So now im drinking as much bloody water as i can and i put a line straight underneth it.

Ive also printed of photos of the clothing i want to fit into one day, There from a brand called Toxic Vision, who i adore if only i can fit into the corsets and pants i will be soooooo happy.

Tomorrow im off to the gym for my second induction so while im there im going to ask about weight exercises to do at home, ive also bought 2 womens fitness magazines which look good, oh and ive got a bike finally on my turbo trainer so im hopefully going to start to do that every day or at least a few times a week. Also tomorrow im going to look for a bike rack for my sisters car so i can start to cycle home, not fit enough to cycle in yet (Takes around 4 hours both ways, 2 hours to work, 2 hour back to home).

Wow, two hours a cycling a day will be great! I have a mountain bike and love love love it, especially when my son is cycling with me. Don't fret the screw up with the pasta, just learn from your mistake and eat less today (calorie cycle). I like Toxic Vision too!
 
LOL, i seriosuly love cycling, was going to go all the way to france to watch it this year but got so self concious of my weight i just couldnt, i wanted to be one of those sexi skinny girls in lycra instead of the scary fat one, so im determind that next year i will be.

The two hour cycle is along a disused railway line and is around 12 miles, which i love it bits, its a gradual uphill to, with different terrane so i learn a load of skills. Going away in a few weeks (to England lol) to pick up my new bike, a very sexi CUBE ltd edition team in acid/black, so excited about it. Its costing me a bomb so i need to make sure i use it enough lol.

I have my eye on a lovely pair of pants from her, there blue and black with stars on lol. I love her little waistcoats and corsets but seriously love the pants all of them lol!!!.

Owl what type of cycling do you do? Are you watching the tour. I know cavandish (spelling) lol :p

I live near lots of mountains so love to bike on tough terrain and trails, my thighs and calves are super bodacious from doing it all my life. I particulary enjoy the downhill parts..lmao!

I love toxic vision jackets, can't wait to have the waist line for them.
