Hi all! I just found this site today. I really am in serious need of support to reach my weight loss goals. I am 32 years old, married for almost 4 years and have, since getting married, gained 30 lbs.. I have yo-yoed my way up and down and back up again.... My husband even got me lipo last year for my birthday....well a year later and I have gained most of that weight back too. I am at the end of my rope. My husband sat me down last ngiht and wanted to know if it was all for nothing.
I started diet number...... last week and worked out 4 of seven days. I am hoping that I can start on the right foot this time...but I need help!!!

Geeze, do I sound depressing or what!?! Really, I am pretty fun...but of course this is a tough topic!

I would really like to drop back down to the size I was when I was married...Is it possible to loose 30 pounds ...oh AND keep it off???

Let's get this party started!
:)

it's possible to lose 30lbs and keep it off as long as you aren't dieting -diets are temporary -you want a lifestyle change - one that you can live with for the rest of your life.

What youdid yesterday is yesterday - brand new day today and what you do from this point forward is what matters :)

welcome to theforum- start yourself up a diary to record your successes and challenges... as well getting to know you better

Howdy and welcome!! I am 33 and have been 4 years tomorrow but we have
been together for 9. Start by keeping track of your food and exersices to see what your doing right or wrong this helps alot especially looking back on your bad day's or good day's.Have a nice day Tammy

Welcome! Yes! You can do it! Take it one step at a time and focus on your successes. It is a lifestyle change and it is a VERY good thing! Set your sights on eating right and being in good health and fit!
