hi just wondering if people could give me some sound advice! im a 20year old slim built but fit guy. about 2years ago i had enough of being 60kg(ish) and worked really hard in the gym to start bulking out! i put roughly 20kgs on and really got into shape. i was on whey isolate protein and a lot of creatine during and after a workout, along with various other amino acids supplements. I felt better than i had ever done but in the bedroom things were a different matter. I'd just started seeing a new girl and i just couldnt "keep it up". Obviously very embarrassing and something that had never happened to me before i started taking all the supplements. My diet other than that was really good so clearly i shouldnt have been having erectile problems at this age!!
i had the other side effects of creatine, excessive sweating and constant need to urinate. I thought the whole situation was incredibly embarrassing and immediately came off all supplements! ....a long story short almost immediately the erectile issues were sorted but i lost the majority of weight i had worked so hard to put on!
That all happened about a year ago and im now desperate to start bulking up again! However im anxious that the problems may reoccur!! I have now kind of associated supplements and shakes with the negative side effects, i dont really know if thats just in my head now! Id like to know what people would recommend, what protein / bulking supplements should I be taking? also creatine and HOW MUCH??
