I am a 26 yr old male I'm 6ft 204lbs I've lost 85lbs in the last 6 months with no exercise.I decided to start doing some workouts and walking/jogging 3 weeks ago and have gained around 3lbs with eating the same calorie deficit as I was prior to working out and I was loosing then and now I'm doing opposite,so looking for info that might help me figure out what I'm doing wrong if anything or what info would you need to know so you could help,thanks hope this is the right place for this as this is my first post.
