I've been at this for about a month, and yeah, I screw up from time to time. But not real bad. I'm just finding it hard to stay motivated sometimes. I'm not really seeing much difference in clothes or anything, and for some reason my goals just seem so far off. How do you deal with that? Some days I don't think I'll ever get the weight off, and then some days I do. But the off days seem to linger. I guess I just need a little encouragement or something from someone who's been there and knows what I'm feeling.
