i am looking for advice as i am about to start gym membership and was wanting to know what the best regimes are for eating and for the actual workouts.
I am 31 and feel i may of left it to late to get fit but am giving it a go. My weight is good for my height and i regularly walk or cycle to keep fit but know i need to start thinking of building and toning my muscle and to strengthen my heart muscles as well.
I broke my elbow a while ago and it keeps popping out when i put alot of pressure so i have to put it back into its socket and this is one of the reasons that as stopped me but now im thinking if i can build the muscle in my arms this will help
for exercising i am thinking of combining swiimming, reps on upper and lower body work out , weight training program , and class's such as boxing , cycling and one that will stretch my muscles but i really need someone else's opinion.
for food i have heard that meals like tuna salad with chicken and milk or water are good meals to build up mass but again need advice
and again sorry for being long winded but dont want to be getting this wrong as dont want to end up losing interest half way through and leaving.
