Hi everyone just joined, this should be an interesting case for those who are experienced in fitness, and I welcome and encourage all input. Okay so it's the one year mark since I started working out, and cutting calories. I lost 100 pounds went from 296 to 196. So now lately I have been asking myself, what should I do now lol? I am somehow 20% body fat, thats based on a body fat scale. I look fit, but still have decent fat stores (not nearly like b4 I lost 100 lbs.) on my stomache area and love handles. BTW I have a large frame and I am 6' 1".
Now heres my problem when it comes to total fitness:
I have an extremely physical job, the top temperature is 110 degree's and lowest temp is about 10 degrees. I work 4 to 5 hours a day lifting and loading boxes up to 150 pounds, but an average of 35, I load 1,000 to 1,800 boxes a day so I'm lifting a total of 35,000 to 63,000 pounds total in a 4 to 5 hour timespan everyday 5 days a week. I have no clue how to figure this into my calorie intake so I can start a maintenance or cutting stage.
I also work out at home 3 days weight lifting and 3 days cardio, Sunday is my rest day. I want to eliminate more body fat. So I created my own weight lifting HITT program I started on wedensday. I am a 20 year old full time college student and work part time. Well.... thats it any advice you can give me to trim off this excess fat I have been having trouble to cut and not look sickly and build muscle, or just nutritional information. (one of the reasons I switched to a HITT program^). EDIT: I posted this in the body building sub forum because that looks like the avenue I will have to take, I don't want to just "lose weight" anymore. I want to maintain and build muscle, and when you build muscle your body's ability to burn calories increases naturally as well.
Thanks,
Ben
