Need your help!

Hello, I am a 16 year old guy looking for some help, I am currently overweight, and I need to lose about 40 pounds, I have a treadmill and some dumbbells. I was wondering if you guys could give me any tips or workout regimes along with maybe a diet plan (keep in mind that I'm at school from 7:00 to 4:00 daily) that will help me lose weight and keep it off. Cause I constantly go on diets and it's really hard for me to lose weight. It'll take me weeks to lose 5 pounds and I gain it back within 2 days.
 
What kind of food are you eating? Processed food have a lot of sugar in them. Make sure when you or your family go grocery shopping to always read labels and try to always avoid anything that say High Fructose Corn Syrup or Corn Syrup. That stuff can be nasty for your health. Make sure to always try to by all natural products, fruits and veggies. As for working out, have you ever heard of interval training on the treadmill? If not let me know and I can help you out :)
