Hello again. I purchased Turbo Jam a few years back and never really got into it. I wasn't that out of shape then and just never did the program. I guess while I was moving, my workout calendar and meal planner got lost and I have been looking for them through my things since I had my baby some months back. A friend of mine also gave me her hip hop abs, but did not have the meal planner or workout calendar. I would appreciate if someone could just even map out the schedule of workouts for me, I could do my own meal plan. I'm ready to kick it up a notch but feel I need these things for guidance. Thanks.
