Need training routine for VersaClimber & Bowflex

Hello, I need to lose 25 pounds and have not worked out for over 2 years...I am the proud owner of a VersaClimber, Bowflex and Inversion table...I sure could use some advice on how to incorporate these three "dust-collecting" :eek: machines into a 3 or 4 day per week workout (cardio, strength training and stretching) Any help would be greatly appreciated.
