Need Training Advice - Am I Doing it right?

I am 20 years old, I'm 5'6, and a female. I am trying to get my weight down to 135. I started in January at 161 lbs., and have gotten down to 144. However, I don't feel as though I'm losing weight quite as quickly as I'd like. I work out 5 days a week, I've recently started putting in more cardio in my workouts to help with the weight loss. I eat strictly 1300 calories a day, and I was having one cheat day a week but I feel as though now that I'm lighter than what I was, it's definitely slowing down my progress. This is my training schedule:

Monday: 30 minutes cardio + back & bis.
Tuesday: 30 minutes cardio + chest & tris
Wednesday: 30 minutes cardio + abs
Thursday: 30 minutes cardio + abs
Friday: 30 minutes cardio + legs

I guess what I am asking is, is this enough? Too much? Should I be doing more weight training or more cardio? I really want to drop these last 10 lbs., a lot faster than it took me to drop the weight I already have. I also want to be able to get rid of the pooch on my tummy that I have... I know you can't do spot fat reduction, so I just wanted to know what your guys think I should do.

Thank you!

I think you should do cardio RIGHT AFTER the weightlifting, since then your body´s blood and heartbeat are already conditioned for fat expenditure. Also the cardio time is just fine, but make sure it is intense so as to wear you out. HIIT training could be very beneficial to you, but the again I only know from experience.
